By accessing or using the ParallelIQ platform you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
Use of the service
You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and not to use it to abuse, attack, or otherwise harm any system. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and the actions taken under your account.
Account responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your account credentials secure, and to promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activity.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but make no guarantees of uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, upstream provider issues, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability.
Intellectual property
The platform, its design, and its content (excluding your data) are owned by ParallelIQ and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain all rights to your data and grant us a limited license to operate the service on your behalf.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParallelIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
